Customer Excellence is a consultation method which ensures that our tenants are at the heart of our decision making process. We actively encourage tenants to get involved in testing and challenging our services via surveys, focus groups, reviews and inspections.
Our Customer Excellence strategy is recognised as an example of good practice and has helped to position us as one of only 10 Tenant Service Authority (TSA) Co-Regulatory Champions in the country.
As Champions, the Customer Excellence Panel (also known as the Scrutiny Panel) along with the Customer Inspectors wanted to share their expertise and knowledge with others, furnishing other organisations with ideas on how to engage their tenants in scrutiny.
Among the features of this site are performance reports, service reviews and mystery shopping results, as well as key priorities for the year ahead. We like to keep this site fresh and bang up to date so there should always be something new to capture your interest.
