Helena actively encourages tenants and residents to get involved and challenge the way we run our business, by taking part in community projects and events, to provide us with feedback that helps us deliver a better quality service.
We aim to provide all customers - whether tenants, residents or people who have applied to live in one of our homes - with the chance to have their say.
Customers from all backgrounds are encouraged to play a part in making decisions that matter most to you, for your home and for your neighbourhood, and we always ask that you tell us if you do not think our performance is good enough.
