Welcome

I would like to take this opportunity to welcome you to Helena’s scrutiny website.

I am Sandra Binns, Chair of our Customer Excellence Panel.

The Customer Excellence Panel is a group of tenants who challenge and scrutinise how Helena is performing.

We were recently awarded ‘Co-Regulatory Champion’ status by the TSA. As champions we want to help other organisations by sharing our knowledge and expertise of scrutiny by providing up to date information about how we work at Helena. You can find information on Helena’s scrutiny arrangements along with all related documents and most importantly how this has led to improvements for tenants.

For tenants of Helena there are plenty of opportunities for you to find out more about how your views can make a difference to the services you receive, and how you can get involved at a level that suits you - take a look at our Menu of Opportunities.

At Helena we are always looking for ways to improve. As members of the Customer Excellence Panel we would like to develop working links with tenants at other housing organisations to help us to share best practice and learn from one another.
